Clip Art Ms Dozer About How did is all get started? Let me reflect. Ms Dozer has always been good with construction. Her father is a building foreman and she had been around construction before. During the coolthaihouse project itself, she was good at pointing out and noticing what other builders were doing. Corner cutting, bad sequence, wrong materials, inexperienced workman. She would say 'look at that', at point something out. And normally she was right. Then an aquantance was doing some small house builds and the Ms. said, 'I'd like to do that'. And that formed the Ms. Dozer construction and rennovations business. It has been small and specific builds for friends up until about now when the Ms. is building some spec homes, so she has been bugging me to post and document the on-going project here. More

Render of House being ConstructedNew Construction Ms. Dozer is currently building some smaller entry level houses not far from Tesco South in South Pattaya. What they are not: poorly constructed boxy looking dwellings with every single material in the house guaranteed to be the cheapest possible. The concept started out as, gee, after all, a lot of effort goes into building a house anyway (even an entry level one), what if the building budget was actually upped a bit to a higher standard. Even though you can get a luxury expensive pre-built house that has been corner cut to the point of no return, the odds are in your favor that the 11m baht house has a higher standard than more

Pic of Interior After RenovationRenovations This featured renovation started with ugly green and blue carpets in the bedrooms, dark dingy tile and a failing textured paint job. The paint was stripped off to the bare wall, the floor re tiled, and synthetic wood flooring was laid in the bedrooms. The result was a highly livable space for not much investment. This just goes to show it isn't how much money you throw at a project that makes the ultimate difference in the results, it is being able to visualize the changes you want to make and then putting in place the resources and materials to accomplish the job right the first time.

Land Picture of Lake Land Chak Nork Reservoir.  This is an undervalued land area, like Marbrachan except closer to Pattaya and lower priced.  These plots are ideally located on a small incline which sits about 200 meters from the reservoir.  This area is about as close into Pattaya (6 km. from Tesco South) where you can still get decent size plots without breaking the budget.  There are several 1 + rai plots is one remaining plot for sale.  Priced at 1.6 m per Ria it is 1 rai 1 gnan 58 wah or 558 square wah. This is one of those very popular areas which hasn't been all junked out yet.  Within about 1 kilometer of these plots there are about 20 nicely designed expat houses. There are currently several expensive houses being built in the subdivision. For a choice view building plot close in to Pattaya you won't find it nicer.
